Positioning the building in the city's centre, with a lot of important building heritage, affects the whole concept of design. Building is positioned on the boundary of pedestrian zone of city centre, and is the end side of urban block between Miletićeva St. and Laze Telečkog St. Wanting to keep and emphasize mentioned characteristics, the building kept odd-poligonal shape on ground floor which emerged from the shape of plot. With volumetry and architecture, building is bracing the boundary of square to which it's facing. With large glass surfaces on the main facade interaction is made with outer space, whilst side facades are more enclosed, forcing orientation towards the squre
