It took three months for reconstruction the former commercial building Estée Lauders in the financial and insurance quarter of Zurich. The smooth modernisation of the building, which was realised in 1890 from the architects Chiodera & Tschudi, is very sensible with the historic components and adapts to the new user needs. Individual and open-plan offices integrate in the existing room landscape and thereby they protect the existing character of the floor plan. White surfaces complement the oak floor, which is oiled in a uniform way.
