design, presentation/permit drawings, construction drawings and construction administration for a new front façade for an existing 2-storey office building. the design responds to the vitality and eclectic character of the street with a dynamic and playful composition of curtain-wall and metal panels with integrated signage, while also respecting the original 1950s simple, clean aesthetic. the building entrance is also being altered to be accessible and compliant with ADA requirements.
