The builing is about 192 sm of offices and it raises three floor above ground. The main element is a shell-like wrapper that contains the three different living levels. It is completely covered by mat surfaces made by titanium-zinc sheets alternated with glass rips, to let the sunlight in. The colour of the covering is medium grey, but it changes considerably regarding the colour of the reflecting sky. The covering is made by titanium sheets of different heights with continous and smashed clinching so to easly follow the shape of the perimetral surfaces. The glasses between the shells are backlog so to reduce the direct solar radiance. They are all fixed, holded without perimetral frames except in the part where they can be opened. The flat roof is closed with full blaustrades that go along with the above shell, but they also have a part made by steel bainsters with thin cables.
