This multi disiciplinary design office is located on istanbul’s design district area
Galata ,ground floor of a historic greek apartment.
During the restoration the fresco's on the ceilings has been relived through a
delicate workmanship. The walls in the main hallway which is the entry and the
center of the space has been peeled and the old constantinople stamped bricks
brought on the scene.
Previously morbid floors has been replaced with solid oak woodblocks... The
kitchen and kitchenette hides it self when not in use, removing all the inner doors
we achieved a more diffused space which is convinient for the office use.
Partialy peeled ,oil painted molded white walls , ironcast vintage radiators... The
rooms are furnished with custom made contemporary office desks combined with
escapefromsofa ‘s midcentury inspired furnitures and highliy known products,
suspended lamps are from Artemide, office chairs are herman miller design. Are
used all around space to create this unique stylish work ambient.
