This apartment boasts amazing views of Santa Ponça Bay, with two large terraces offering stunning vistas of the Mediterranean Sea, Calvia cliffs, and mountains. It's a beautiful and private location without any neighbours in the front, just the sea.
The apartment was outdated, and the client wanted us to breathe new life into it by not only updating the floor finishes, wall treatments and furniture but also redesigning the layout. Our main objective was to integrate the views into the interior of the apartment, especially the main living space. We achieved this by opening up the existing kitchen to create an incredible open living and dining space. The kitchen was then repositioned to the centre of this living space, with both terraces on either side of it.
The kitchen and kitchen island features Green Algae marble from Italy and Oak wood. These rich materials complement the understated, warm, and calm Mediterranean vibe of the rest of the project's interiors.
