We present to your attention the multifunctional center Manufactory! The manufactory is recreated in the best craft traditions of Tula.
A brick facade with pylons, a superstructure in a modern style with a cantilevered roof and a balcony - combine the industrial style of the 60s of the 20th century and modern architecture.
Manufactory is the former building D of the legendary Octava plant. At the end of the
90s of the last century, the plant occupied a whole quarter, in the modern realities of high-tech production - there was no need for huge production facilities and the building was neglected for a long time.
But time does not stand still and now there are new trends in architecture and business activity of the Tula region. The ultramodern Octava Cluster, the gastronomic cluster Iskra, appeared and the need arose for multi-functional business spaces and the Manufactury will be a new platform for the business environment.
Location - the very center of Tula, 100 meters from the building of the Government of the Tula region, at the intersection of Sovetskaya and Engels streets, with convenient walking links to all the attractions and places of activity of the Tula residents and guests. Transport accessibility is also provided by the streets indicated above, as well as Tsentralny Lane and Lenin Avenue. For the convenience of visitors organized underground parking and a courtyard without cars.
