Located on Ocean Reef Islands in Panama City, "Ocean Pearl" is a contemporary multifamily building designed to redefine urban living on Latin America's only artificial islands. The design focuses on maximizing views of the Pacific Ocean, creating a luxurious and exclusive residential experience.
The design is driven by capturing ocean views from all main living areas. The building is fragmented to reduce its scale and volume, enhancing the exclusivity of the experience. The facades respond differently to each orientation, ensuring optimal views, natural ventilation, and ample natural light. On the west side, the design remains subtle, relating to the street, while the east side opens up to embrace the ocean. The project incorporates large terraces, rooftop gathering spaces, and a ground-floor pool deck that overlooks the sea, all blending luxury with a connection to the surrounding environment.
