Today, all the conscious humanity, solves the problem of minimizing damage to the planet being laid, the life activity of human. Modern world architecture, also in the search for solutions, tends to zero consumption of fossil energy, use wind, accumulate the energy of the sun to accumulate and filter the precipitation.
On most of our planet there is already not enough fresh water, and the water situation in the world will only worsen over time.
The project "Oasis" not relevant for Ukraine with еs inexhaustible water and energy resources. Aesthetic structure will cause only a sarcastic smile from the local sophisticated developer and his client. The building concept refers to a obsolete modernism from the middle of the last century and looks like a gas station on the outskirts of a desert city. Such an awkward architecture can not compete with such exquisite Ukrainian classics, high-tech, modErn, etc. The ultra-modern tendencies of Ukrainian architecture.
The liquidity of the structure and its functionality is also doubtful - you can not justify where the finances went and piople a built house, but live on the street, as the sliding systems of walls and glazing assume an absolutely open space. So, what did the unrealized Oasis project suggest:
· Accumulation and filtration of sediments, by means of two structural features, by ridiculous funnels or bowl.
· It was planned to place solar panels on the roof.

· It was supposed to pave the area of the entire site with paving slabs made of impact-resistant glass with built-in solar photocells.
