The new winery was plannes by the will of Siliqvini family to increase production and transform the place of work in a center for the promotion and sale of products.
The project is the result of a simple composition which sees overlapping three bodies. The first, basement, home to the production with a large opening in direct contact with the vineyard. The intermediate body, which is on the ground floor to the street, but on the first floor towards the vineyard houses the sales area and the tasting room. On the first floor are located the management space, administration.
The rigid building regulations for the agricultural areas required the 'use of a pitched roof. Playing with a childhood tribute, it has designed a simple body, entirely white arranged crosswise. The stiffness of the interior spaces, imposed by rigid functional level, is in contrast with an architectural composition in search of a close relationship with the landscape. The "double heights" are appropriate to the nature and the outdoor spaces.
