The stadium has been in the same place for 101 years, with several reconstructions and additions. But now the construction of a completely new facility is planned according to the latest UEFA I regulations, which will be the most modern stadium in the region. The idea was to make the most of the historical context of the location in the center of the city, and as a landmark, it has stood in the same place for more than a century. Until now, the club has played hundreds of important matches in the same place, and many great players and coaches have grown up here, who have left their mark on football around the world. The stadium has 14,000 spectators and meets UEFA 4 standards with the highest level of hospitality and state-of-the-art security systems. The goal was the comfort and safety of spectators and a modern sports arena for achieving top results. The stadium has underground garages in the basement, the streams for the audience are safe and comfortable and completely separated for different fan groups. VIP seats and sky boxes have a special mode of entry and are completely segmented. At the corners of the building, there are two large business towers, within the dimensions of the building, and these are the contents that should generate the use of the building even when there are no matches, thus realizing the connection of the city and the building in a functional sense. The roof of the building is slightly inclined towards the south, which creates excellent conditions for the installation of a PV power plant on the roof, which completely covers the electricity needed for the sports lighting of the building during matches and training, and the collection of rainwater is integrated with the water purification station and the watering system of the stadium. Modern technology and the sustainability of a sports facility of the highest level at this facility are integrated with the sincere emotions of fans who are attached to the place where the stadium is being built. The project should symbolize efforts to integrate new contemporary trends with the demands and needs of the community, through the revitalization of the iconic football place.
