Located on the island of Cozumel 300 meters from the coast and close to the city center, the building takes full advantage of the site conditions and its views of the Caribbean Sea.
The construction is located in the center of the property and parallel to the street, taking advantage of the seafront and freeing up 30% of green areas concentrated in the back where the pool and meeting areas are located, while the premises are located in front commercial and the lobby of access to the apartments.
The circulation and control of vehicular access is solved at the ends of the building using the restrictions to the boundaries, leading to the ground floor where 19 covered parking spaces are located.
From the second floor the apartments are located, resolved in a modular structure of 5 levels with a common roof top on the top floor, in the center of the building are the 2-bedroom apartments and at the ends the 3-bedroom apartments, while that in the last levels there are 3 penthouses with private roof top.
