The architecture of Novara harmoniously integrates into the terrain, with the construction positioned at the center of the property and aligned parallel to the street, optimizing the front facing the sea. This design allows for the release of 30% of green areas, concentrated at the rear of the building, where the pool and meeting spaces are located. The commercial spaces and the lobby for accessing the apartments are strategically placed on the front facade, featuring setbacks and varying heights to integrate with neighboring properties and existing structures.
