Every time we have to design the project of an office, we obligatory adapt the concept to the activity that is going to take place there. However, the arrangement of premises follows all the canons of the interior design.
In the case of this turnkey interior design project of the notary office we relied on simplicity. We paid special attention to the lines and hues, so that they are representative, but also create a comfortable atmosphere. Filomuro type doors, linear lighting fixtures and the absence of décor helped us to reach our goal. We excluded the possibility of using classic details from the very beginning and opted for a play of textures instead.
The reception area has been designed in a neutral colour range. An amalgam of grey colour hues definitely brings it out of the boring area of the classic black and white colour combination. Namely in this area we can see how the textures offer style to the space. On the one hand, we have the calm hues of the walls, and on the other hand we have a reception desk and chairs as accent elements. The glass used here provides transparency and the wooden plywood offers warmth. Everything blends together in an equation resulting in aesthetic and functional harmony.
In the case of offices we opted for more privacy and warmth. Here we used wood as a finishing material for flooring and furniture, supported by scenographic lighting with warm shades. Glass, used as a space divider, ensures a feeling of spaciousness and transparency, while providing privacy. We have integrated ceramic tiles in these premises as an accent element with a noble touch.
The stylistic thread continues in the meeting room as well. Here we have created a balance between strictness and warmth. Grey walls are warmed by the texture of the wood while black armchairs and table give a business look to the premise. All the elements support the play of textures, but also the feeling of freedom, comfort and professionalism, being reserved, but without extreme sobriety.
