The project is to reuse a 1958 building, originally home and business. in a commercial building and office, once again we play the task of choosing the elements to retain the original and discarded. became a research through original plans and other previous renovation projects.In our proposal, the intention is to restore the building to its original character of modern construction, in addition to projecting a covered terrace that incorporates equity mass and presence with the building of the northern boundary of contemporary construction
