The project lies on the Lam Vien Plateau, within the Central Highlands of Vietnam, a region often called the "City of Mist”. In Đà Lạt, there exists a duality guiding its architectural essence: "The Slope – The Valley". The hills weave their story through winding roads, sometimes a trial to the spirit, other times gently descending, guiding one’s journey from one vista to the next. . And so, in the heart of Đà Lạt, the meandering trails and steep inclines are not mere roads, but rather an emblem - a “delicacy” of the land, a signature beckons those who know its rhythm.
It is from this very inspiration that the architecture takes shape, with the slopes rising and falling around the rooftops nestled into the heart of the design. The structures burst forth with a sense of boldness and fresh energy, breaking free while embracing the land within the city’s soul.
The edges of the buildings open wide, offering a panoramic view of the hills and lake, heightening the connection to nature. Each proportion is carefully measured, to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, tailored to the scale of those who dwell within, creating an environment that feels intimate and welcoming.
The spaces at the base of the structure are interwoven by gentle ramps, echoing the undulating slopes beneath them. The access, effortlessly simple, is drawn from the flow of the urban grid. Beneath, an open-air parking lot and a path leading down to an underground garage blend seamlessly into the surroundings. This is not merely a resting place for weary travelers, but a venue where minds gather for conferences, travelers, a place of business for dining and refreshments, and so much more — a space where Đà Lạt's spirit lives and thrives, woven into every corner.
