The Home owners love this Eichler for its location in a quiet cul de sac, proximity to schools and large back yard. But the house was in need of substantial infrastructural improvements (new roof, sewer line, heating system and more). The owners also wanted to remodel and expand much of the house, including a kitchen/great room remodel, new master bedroom, guest room and family room addition. So we started with a Master Plan, to be realized in phases as the home owners have time and financial resources. Phase 1 has just been completed and included the kitchen remodel, new insulated windows and doors, plumbing for current and future needs, new roof, insulation in all the walls, and new wall and ceiling finishes.
