Copley Wolff Design Group was responsible for the design and construction documentation for the exterior features around the anticipated LEED NC Gold and Zero Net Energy student services building. The project scope included the design of a new quadrangle and accessible walkways, collaboration for infiltration and bioretention basins, a green roof, walkway canopies supporting photo voltaic (PV) panels, and planting areas at geothermal wells. CWDG also designed berms and planting schemes to serve as an aesthetic and sound buffer between the College and the surrounding residential neighborhood.
