PAB ARCHITECTS led the complete renovation and
refurbishment of three adjacent townhouses in the historic building complex in Dr Külz-Straße in the center of Nordhausen. The neo-Tudor style half timbered house was restructured and rebuilt in a contemporary style for use as an office building. The younger building was also renovated and connected to the two adjacent buildings. The general refurbishment including side wings and the rear building was carried out in three phases. Interior and exterior walls as well as many ceilings and stairways, some in typical design of that era, were completely renewed.
