Nordea Bank is one of the largest financial Group in Northern Europe with numerous branches all around the world. Being one of our long-term corporate clients, Nordea Bank’s offices have gone through a series of refurbishments since 2010. Located at Springleaf Tower, Nordea’s 13,600 sqft office is consigned on 2 floors.
Our team worked closely with Nordea Bank to adjust and alter its existing office to their new business needs. Based on the new space planning, we have relocated their 8-rack server room, replaced the entire office’s carpet tiles, created new rooms with new workstations and expanded their dealing room. The reception area has also been transformed to give the company a feeling of a clean, fresh image.
Our team executed all these works in phases through nights and weekends, completing every phase smoothly without disruption to Nordea’s daily operations. We have also created a 2,000 sqft space of communal space, consists of meeting rooms with operable walls, a pantry and utility area as a supporting facility to these meeting rooms.
