Vibrant space tailored to a new generation of office workers.
We reimagined this 39-story building in New York City’s upcoming neighborhood known as NoMad, located north of Madison Square. Our goal was to reflect the vibrancy of this prominent area, rich in culture and history, and reposition the building to attract tech and media tenants.
Our bold approach, shifting the main entrance from 32nd Street to 31st Street welcomes the energy of the emerging neighborhood, while new public spaces create an experiential environment tailored to a new generation of office workers.
Elevated amenity spaces including a private lounge complete with ping pong, pool, and arcade games. In addition, tenants can take advantage of a conference room, 200-person amphitheater, fitness center, private coffee bar, and New York’s largest bicycle storage and bicycle access to an office building.
The new façade and entry, 50,000 square-foot lobby, and amenity spaces, in addition to LEED Gold, Energy Star, and Wired Gold certifications give Nomad Tower a new identity, resulting in new leases with a public relations firm, technology company, online realty group Zillow, and more.
