A building in the Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan was renovated to introduce a new storefront and commercial lobby space. The historic nature of the neighborhood as well as existing design elements of the facade were used as inspiration to seamlessly blend the new design with the old. All elevators and building entry systems were updated as well.
