This Noble Village master site plan scale model is built at 1"=20'-0" scale. Facade details were laser engraved to represent actual materials and hand-painted as real coloration: stone, brick, board & batten. Extensive landscaping represents proposed trees species and designed plantings areas with water features. Each type of tree is hand-crafted and custom painted to differentiate between species and hardwoods colorings. These include crepe myrtles, oaks and magnolias.
It is a Continuing Care Assisted Living complex designed by Foley Design Architects and Associates. Extending the all-encompassing care main building design are a theater, pool, single family homes and individual cottages.
