The term "box" might be a suitable word for many of the overall volumes of buildings in Tehran. The well-known 60% rule has led to the emergence of countless boxes in Tehran, and the work of architects in such projects often involves avoiding the box form. A box, in itself, lacks the charm necessary for sales and presence in the market, and it undergoes countless alterations through various tricks.

Project no. 30 is a box that happens to completely maintain its character and does not attempt to escape from it. This strategy aligns perfectly with the emphasis on the side facades, which play a significant role in the scale of the street and neighborhood in this project. The viewer perceives a being and a body as a building, and the facade does not diminish into secondary and primary divisions.

The box of Plaque 30, which faces the green spaces to the north and requires light and visibility, opens up with a simple technique, allowing it to see and be seen. This opening reveals the rough exterior of the body and showcases the inner sections with a different appearance.

The box is constructed with cement materials and execution details to create a cohesive project and clarify the main idea of the project. The organization of internal spaces is based on safe, comfortable, and high-quality use, and the details serve to convey tranquility and unity to the audience.
