ARCHITECTUREFIRM has completed the shell and interiors for this 55-unit multi-family project in Durham’s Central Park neighborhood, where former light industrial sites transition into historic residential blocks. No. 815 is part of the Rigsbee Collection, a group of smaller-scale projects designed to operate collectively while remaining individually legible within the neighborhood. The architecture balances industrial references with a human-scaled street presence, incorporating tactile materials, a public-facing restaurant, and shared amenities including a rooftop pool deck with views to downtown Durham. Penthouse residences feature expansive private terraces to the east and west.
