Pure lines, frameless connection surfaces, simplicity and comfort - these are aesthetic and ethical foundations of this ultra-modern interior.

I. Conception
Design of this interior based on three levels of architectural integration: from the general to the particular, without loss of meaning.
LEVEL 1: Architecture outside.
We have shown on the example of the design of this apartment the architectural potential of the typical block. We designed for this type of constructive series the new type of modern living space. We can apply this renovated type to the entire building, it will significantly increase the quality of apartments in the quarter.
LEVEL 2: Architecture inside.
The principal changing of stairway’s type and construction created a new structure of interior and its metabolism. The adding for main volume the loggias areas made possible to create big lightly common open space on 1 floor, which includes the living room, the kitchen and dining room. The area of added space is 24 square meters – its 15 % of initial planning.
Furniture which we have installed in a common space of living area is like architecture - a minimum of ornamentation, but a maximum of functionality - in addition to convenience, it divides the space and directs the functional flows. The proportions are in the first place. Integrational approach has manifested itself in the kitchen - all storage is hidden behind the doors. Above the laconic black kitchen island we have hung the ventilation hood high gloss, which is dominanta of common open space.
The main principals of reconstruction of residential space, implemented in the object:
1. Separation of functional areas on different floors (levels).
2. Open central space on the 1-st floor - living room and kitchen-dining room.
3. Orientation of central space - from the north - the kitchen, from the south - living room.
4. Daylight in all rooms.
5. Basic engineering systems house:
-insulation equipment from premises;
-vertically supply utilities in a single unit;
-horizontally floor communication;
-heating water warm floors;
-staircase is the distribution of natural ventilation in the direction north-south from the bottom – up.
LEVEL 3: Architecture in materials and lighting.
We had a unified approach to the choice of material. Materials vary from level to level. Materials and light should not detract from the perception of the internal architecture, and built-in lighting without flanges should must only emphasizes the dignity of spatial solutions and to be consistent with the functions of premises. We designed the interior for specific materials as sometimes film role is written for a specific actor. The floors are finished with 4 -mm slabs of porcelain big size - 3x4 meters. This material has specific name – Arch Skin (by Kerlit) All light equipment is XAL (Xenon Architectural Lighting). Built-in without flanges.
II. Design
Pure lines, frameless connection surfaces, simplicity and comfort - these are aesthetic and ethical foundations of this ultra-modern interior. The original atmosphere is created largely due to well designed artificial lighting.

IV. Living
The photos of project were made when the clients lived 3 months in this apartment and all accessories, that we see, are using in their private life. On the coffee table is a book from main exhibition of the Vienna Museum of Art History. On the open page - one of the mature works of Titian Vecellio - " Shepherd and Nymph " ( approx. 1570g . ) . In our opinion, in the ultra-modern minimalist interiors works of the Italian Renaissance are perceived particularly acute.
