A design of 2 storey villa with small size swimming pool is being proposed as part of the call for tender from a client. The private house will be built in the expatriate neighborhood in Vientiane, Laos. The concept of the house design is to have the simple appearance, the contemporary exterior combining the conventional S.E Asia design and the modern western. Natural light and indoor temperature of house are designed to be optimal through the whole year in Vientiane.
