A 30,000 SF, multi-agency, traffic management command center for the NJTA.
The project involved an aggressive design and construction schedule for a new, three-story building connected to an adjacent administration building. Along with complex technical requirements, including an 18- by 55-foot video wall, this project incorporated sustainable design strategies, integrating photovoltaics and advanced building management and control systems.
This project also included the integration of CCTV with access control/alarm monitoring systems as well as perimeter protection.
