The site is located along a short stretch of historic A1A Coastal Highway where the Atlantic Ocean is on one side and a State Preserve is on the other side. Creating places to enjoy the view became a guiding principle for the home. Volumes were stacked, pushed and pulled to create the composition, which was set into the dune. The main living floor is set at the crest of the dune and as you enter the front door you are quickly greeted with a framed view of the Atlantic Ocean. The journey through the home becomes an exploration of interior space and exterior views.
