Concept
This multi use development extends all the way to China. With its mix of black and white contrasting masses it is hard to miss this uniquely developed building.

Rectilinear frame work defines the façade, while a mix of rectilinear and curvilinear shapes complete the massing of the concept. Ranging in height the design forms a shape of clean, elegant and timeless form. With the pedestrian walkway defined by various levels, parking is located both above and below grade and the above grade ramping links the various levels of above grade programmatic uses.
