This 1400 square foot restaurant in Carroll Gardens is the most recent collaboration with Robert Newton, owner and chef of Smith Canteen and Seersucker. Vietnamese street food is served at picnic table style seating with reclaimed materials used throughout the space.
Art deco era solid brass doors are re-purposed for the bar top. Salvaged wood from church pews are used to clad the walls of the bar and the wainscoting. A reclaimed steel window at the kitchen provides a view to the food being prepared.
