The Project is a part of the public space of Tuy Hoa Marine Park, with a length of 4.3 km along the beach, viewed from above is the image of waves with soft and unified lines, reflecting the characteristics of Tuy Hoa with its long coastline and wave- pattern sandy beaches. The marine park with Nghinh Phong Tower Square at its center is designed with high symbolism, bearing strong lines of contemporary architecture but still imbued with Vietnamese spirit; the top criteria are respect for local history and culture, reflection on the strengths of the land and people of Phu Yen, from its natural landscapes to the history of reclaiming and expanding the land, where its great cultural value is associated with the history of the Vietnamese nation.
The project is called "Nghinh Phong", the design simulates the image of the national scenic spot "Ganh Da Dia" of Phu Yen province and "Hundred Eggs and Hundreds of Children" of the legendary Au Co - Lac Long Quan, which has high cultural and historical value.
+ The two Nghinh Phong towers include 100 stone pillars with 50 stone pillars - 50 children on each side symbolizing Father and Mother, yin and yang, dragon (Sea), and fairy (Non), symbolizing the Vietnamese peoples' solidarity.
+ The overlapping stone blocks create two towers stylized from the famous Ganh Da Dia (which means Sea Cliff of Stone Plates) in Phu Yen in real life.
+ The name Nghinh Phong "Welcoming the wind" – “The entrance of ocean wind”, expresses the mentality of the Phu Yen people in the easternmost land of the country, who aspire to promote sustainable development in response to nature, are open to welcome energy sources from the sea.
