Five buildings in Waterbury, Connecticut were renovated as part of a neighborhood rehabilitation project. Our team collaborated with other architectural firms based in Connecticut in an effort to provide affordable housing in the downtown area of Waterbury. The new housing provides a center for the community to come together in the heart of the city and begin to revitalize the it's spirit through architecture.
