The side wing of a residential building from the turn of the century was completely destroyed during the Second World War . RBA was commissioned by the owner with a feasibility study to rebuild the side wing. The draft provided 8 smaller apartments. Before a building permit has been applied for , RBA has been asked to coordinate discussions with the neighbors in order to achieve their approval.
