Newada is a high-rise luxury residential project, currently under construction in Maltepe which is located on the Anatolian part of Istanbul near to the Marmara Sea.
The building is 800m tall and has views of the the Marmara sea and the Princess Islands.
The wharped and subtlely angular form oscillates around the core as it ascends the building granting passers-by a unique view from every angle.
This project received the Best High-rise Architecture in Turkey Award at the International Property Awards in 2011.
The main materials are stone, concrete, glass and steel and the facade cladding does not vary in order to draw attention to the structural identity of the building.
