This new building added 6400 square feet to New York Sports Club’s successful Cobble Hill facility. Our client, the club’s landlord, wanted a durable building at moderate cost. PB+A researched the costs and benefits of alternate structural and exterior wall systems and completed the building’s core and shell, on schedule, at $137 per above-grade square foot in 2004.
