The complete renovation and additions to an existing historic landmarked building in the UES of New York. Two floors plus additions to the rear yard allow the expansion of more than 2000 SF of new space.
Street façade was carefully designed to blend into the historic fabric of the neighborhood and the rear courtyard side was allowed to open the façade and windows to gain better natural light and views.
