For the European Cup in 2016, the city of Bordeaux and the Girondins team considered building a new stadium in Bordeaux Lac. the implantation site is located at the boundary of two landscapes: a urban extension and a forest area protected.Located opposite to the exhibition park of Bordeaux, the access to the stadium is via a public place, spanning the ways to become a square raised circular dividing audiences around the tiers.
