On large buildings, it is necessary to carefully look for a measure between too little and too much,
especially when the client requests that we include elements with wood texture on the facade.
The facade is designed so that although its size is stronger in the horizontal directions, by placing
vertical wooden elements, the building visually gains in harmony of mass and elegance.
The client's request was for the terraces to be masonry, for discretion, but by analyzing the position
of the surrounding buildings, we came up with the idea to break the monotony of the masonry fence,
while maintaining the intimacy of these spaces by designing the terrace terrace of each apartment
and wood panels. All facades are designed in neutral and warm tones, in three colors with a
dominance of white surface, because we wanted to keep the unobtrusiveness and modernity
that will last. However, when the building is viewed from a frog's perspective, the surfaces on the
terraces are visible, whose yellow color brings a completely different, playful experience.
On the side facades, we contributed horizontally to the width of the building, visually unifying
the shape of the entire building.
