STATUS
Under Construction
PM Architecture and Rajoy Management partnered as a joint venture to build a cluster of 10 affordable buildings in response to the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development – HPD’s NIHOP & NCP Request for Qualification. The development team was awarded 11 city-owned vacant lots throughout East New York.

This condominium scale will introduce a new population of home owners to East New York serving as a catalyst for revitalization. Furthermore, in keeping with our firm’s mission statement, we strove to incorporate green design interventions throughout the project.

The project will consist of 65 DU in total.
