this architecture and landscape film describes the symbiosis that the stuttgart-based architecture firm bez + kock have created between the minimalist new building and the landscape of luisenpark as part of the BUGA.
organic forms, characterised by the archaic-looking surface of the stamped concrete, which have been combined with an elegant ceramic façade, flow through the mature landscape of the park.filigree supports carry the floating roof.
a bird aviary flows almost imperceptibly into the architecture - inside and outside merge into one another. a catering area, an aquarium area and a penguin enclosure are also integrated into the organically shaped pavilion.
the film was shot during a constantly changing weather situation, which significantly shapes the atmosphere of the film. the film is a director's cut of the version already released by bez + kock.
