The over fifty neighborhoods within the city alone are re-building schools combined with neighborhood community centers that serve to
revitalize community educational, cultural and recreational needs. This calls for a building form that
fosters creativity and encourages the young minds of New Orleanians to want to
learn. It is an investment to the future
of New Orleans to provide this environment in each neighborhood for young
people during their most impressionable years.
Learning How to learn is key to the future of the city. The architecture
