The project goal was to deliver contemporary design renovation while respecting Philip Johnson’s iconic work. The question of usability and deliverance of delightfulness guided our design direction to conclude in fusion of function and art composition.
What we saw on site was overly conjunct signage and confusion caused by the lack of visual clarity and contrast. The carpark overarching five facilities needed clear demarcation of spaces and visitors’ understanding of where they are in relationship to where they are heading.
Iconic moments were given between carpark junctions to give a feel of transition through space enriched with color saturating the space.

The project goal was to deliver contemporary design renovation while respecting Philip Johnson’s iconic work. The complexity of the project lies in the inter-connected carpark spaces for the five facilities catered: Millenia Walk, Conrad Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Millenia Tower and Centennial Tower.
The thematic colors played a role of cognitive way-finding and better sense of location, while giving theatrical environment. Iconic moments were given between carpark junctions to give a feel of transition through space enriched with color saturating the space.
