an> What is characterized by design of large windows, which are highlighted in an two well-defined architectural choices: the flare of the padding and the choice to use the black frames.
While the first solution gives the building a plastic value even further characterized by the interplay of solid and void, the choice of the black frames has the task to give the weight to the specific architectural look.
The building itself consist of four floors underground and eleven floors overground. The last ones has a core where were included all the services (technical, sanitary, vertical connections), and around there are offices so that permit to be naturally lit and ventilated.Another goal is to create a sustainable building along the lines established by the Protocol” CasaClima”. So on the south facade was also thought a system of brise soleil to filter natural light. The plastic image of the building is obtained from the use of photocatalytic cement able to leave unchanged the white gloss and fight contaminants. In order to contribute to improving the urban microclimate, with particular reference to the humidity control and the mitigation of urban surfaces "sealed", the roof of the building (fifth face) is set to green.
