RBA were tasked as general planner with planning and supervision of changes to an existing building in Berlin-Steglitz. Two apartments on the ground floor were remodelled and combined to form a larger, more attractive unit. The four roof level apartments were provided with large, new dormer windows to the street side and with large balconies and furter dormers to the garden side. RBA also planned the provision of additional parking spaces and planters in the courtyard area.
