We envisioned a New Bihar Bhawan at Dwarka portraying reflection of historical Time of Bihar in a modern form which represents the State by boasting of its rich Architectural heritage.
In lieu of the extreme climate of Delhi , Buildings clad with Glass and steel are not suitable hence we designed this self shading optimized undulating brick facade to reduce heat gain .
Ancient tradition of Brick masonry construction of the state has been brought back to the Fenestration of the Frame structure construction. All bricks will be Wire cut Burnt Brick with Low water absorption capacity. A water repellent chemical need to add on facade at a regular interval of 4 years to reduce brick decay and damping.
New Bihar Bhawan is a Proposed Residential Complex at Sector-19 Dwarka In New Delhi for the Indian state Bihars VIP Political personalities where accommodation for Two VVIP suits one for Governor another for Chief Minister , Six VIP suits for it’s Cabinet ministers , 100 Double rooms for its Leaders, One 30 Person dormitory and 10 single rooms for general guests and security personals.
Suits for Chief Minister and Governor has been located strategically away from the Noise and to capture Natural views of the Existing park . VIP suits for ministers has been also designed with landscaped covered terraces to Get Natural views of Surrounding landscape. The whole building has three cores providing access to VVIP/VIP, Common Guests and Services separately. The Bhawan also has a Conference hall for 150 persons in front portion of 6th floors . Common Kitchen with Dining facilities has been kept on ground floor. I separate meeting lounge with dining facility for VVIP and VIP has been allocated on ground floor.
