New Architectural Principle
This solution, allow to build new type of vertical (not stair-step) residential buildings where each apartment, will have its own private garden with lawn, large trees and a swimming pool, as an variant.
And the ceiling height on the green terraces are double (6m), but ceiling height inside the apartments are ordinary (3m), apartments are not a duplex, with plenty of natural light and garden is open to the sun, but is hidden from the eyes of the nearest neighbors.
This result is achieved by using the original and simple algorithm for the mutual arrangement of terraces, flats and windows in a building does not require any special construction technology, and the buildings themselves may be quite different shapes and sizes and adapted to the local architectural styles.
I am not a professional architect and I do not plan to become one, but I hope that the solution will help to make our planet a bit better, and can improving the environment and returning to us the daily contact with nature in the big cities.
