NÉVO is conceived as a contemporary coastal retreat nested within the tropical landscape of Vung Tau. Rather than emphasizing architectural expression through excess, the project embraces a restrained spatial language — where silence, light, wind, and the rhythm of nature become the essential materials of experience.

Exploration of transforming “nonplace” into place — creating emotionally resonant environments through atmosphere, spatial depth, and the relationship between people and nature. The architecture is intentionally minimal, allowing the in-between spaces to shape the identity of the project: shaded courtyards, reflective pools, breezeways, and transitional thresholds become moments of pause and retreat.

At NÉVO, the tropical context is not treated as a backdrop, but as an active component of the architecture itself. Sea breeze, filtered sunlight, water reflections, and vegetation continuously redefine the living experience throughout the day. Through a balance of contemporary clarity and tropical softness, the project seeks to create a quiet sanctuary along the coast — a place of calm, contemplation, and slow living.
