Customer account details, accessible via a smartphone or in store, provide details of their habits, food indulgences, and the sports they practise.Thanks to all this information, the concept follows the customer daily and weekly. The dishes proposed are constantly changed and cooked with fresh seasonal produce according to the diet that best suits the customer. The sales area is filled with pure and invigorating air, which provides a revivifying and protective atmosphere. The plants play an active role in the store design and the presence of water is magnified.
