Villa NEL has very large en open living areas, where everyone can still find their own space. Each room has its own outdoor space linked to it.
The smooth white walls close off the house from the surrounding parcels. Yet, there is an openness with the void at the entrance, where a water feature penetrates the volume. In the morning sunlight reflects on the water and we see a play of light on the inside.
A massive window on the first floor lightens up the living spaces and delivers a great view from the play-duplex.
Behind the long facade is an enclosed swimming pool. The large southern window of the living room to the pool gets shade by the overhanging first floor.
